I am Masahiro Fujisawa, and it is with great honor that I have assumed the position of President of Setsuyo Astec Corporation.

Of late, Asia—our business region—is gaining significant attention from industrial sectors around the world. The factory automation equipment, power distribution products, and semiconductors, and electronic devices, and industrial materials that we handle are products that are indispensable to manufacturing, the pillar of industry. The roles and responsibilities that Setsuyo Astec has to fulfill have thus grown even larger.

In the future, we intend to expand our business beyond Asia, our current base of operations and pursue global business development. Using the track record and frontier spirit we have cultivated over the past 60 years, I will strive together with our employees to make sure that Setsuyo Astec continues to be a company that responds swiftly to the changes of the times and contributes to customers and regional development.
