Report on Sustainability Activities in FY2024 (Mar 25th,2025updated)

As FY2024 draws to a close, we would like to report on the sustainability activities we engaged in during the year. In FY2025, we fully intend to continue our various activities with the aim of further enhancing our corporate value, and we look forward to your ongoing support.

Sustainability Activities in FY2024

1. Compliance Activities
As a member of the Mitsubishi Electric Group, we will continue to engage in business activities with the aim of remaining a company that contributes to the development of both our customers and local communities through supporting our overseas customers in their manufacturing efforts. We will also continue to implement the following compliance activities related to our business activities:
Ethics and legal compliance initiatives, human rights and harassment prevention initiatives, information security initiatives, initiatives to ensure fair pricing in supplier transactions, export control initiatives, and other initiatives
2. Support for Employee Health and Diverse Work Styles
We strive to foster a corporate culture and work environment that supports diverse work styles, thereby ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees and their families. As part of these efforts, in FY2024, we introduced the following initiatives:
An hourly paid leave system, expanded sick leave coverage, a family support leave program, and an enhanced employee language training program
3. Donations: We donated to the following organizations to help fund their activities:
-Japanese Red Cross Society
-Japan Committee for UNICEF
-The Association of Medical Doctors of Asia (AMDA - an emergency humanitarian action group made up of physicians from many different countries)
-Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (sponsored Tenjin Festival procession)
4. Ecocap Donation Drive
-Specified Nonprofit Corporation eco-vaccine support group
(We donated the plastic bottle caps we collected in-house as a resource for recycling. Profits from the sale of the caps are used to purchase vaccines for the countries the NPO supports.)
5. Donations to Disaster Preparedness Supplies
- Osaka City’s “Food Drive” initiative
(To support food loss reduction efforts, we donated drinking water and food supplies from our stock)
