In December of 2021, Setsuyo Enterprise exhibited at the 2021 Taipei Int’l Industrial Automation Exhibition ("Automation TAIPEI"）and at SEMICON Taiwan 2021, where it displayed new Mitsubishi Electric factory automation equipment and ran practical solution demonstrations.

At Automation TAIPEI, held December 15-18, 2021,we exhibited jointly with Mitsubishi Electric Taiwan on the theme of "Realizing e-F@ctory-Based Smart Factories." Exhibited were processing machines that incorporated products compliant with CC-Link IE TSN, a next-generation industrial-use open-network technology newly developed by Mitsubishi Electric. Jointly participating in the exhibition were six e-F@ctory alliance partners, five robot system integrator companies, and one device manufacturer. On display in the booth were factory automation equipment and robots incorporating Mitsubishi Electric's Maisart AI technology. Information on the latest technology was available inside the booth, which had over 2,000 visitors.

SEMICON Taiwan 2021 (December 28-30) was the first SEMICON Taiwan for Setsuyo Enterprise to exhibit at. We introduced Mitsubishi Electric's outstanding factory automation equipment and other brand-new technology to semiconductor and device manufacturers. Displayed at our booth were devices compliant with the SECS/GEM software standard established by SEMI, as well as the latest in collaborative robots, and wire-saving products from Anywire. Moreover, our employees were among the lecturers who took the podium at the "Meet the Expert" session held at the Exhibition, and for whose participation we received excellent feedback.
With its presence in the Taiwanese market, we look forward to further contributing to the development of industry in Taiwan through joint e-F@ctory/Mitsubishi Electric proposal-making activities for factory automation equipment, and collaborative business with our partners.

On November 10, 2021, 35 members from 26 corporate of the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA) visited “Mitsubishi Electric - Setsuyo Automation Experience Hall”　held by SETSUYO ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. on the company’s first floor. The visitors’ aim was to adopt smart manufacturing (smart factories) in Taiwan for printed circuit board (PCB) manufacture.

The event opened with a video message in Chinese from Motokazu Inaba, President & CEO of Setsuyo Astec Corporation and Chairman of the Board of SETSUYO ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., thanking everyone of the TPCA in attendance. Following this, the company explained to those gathered the e-F@ctory concept, which is an integrated solution from Mitsubishi Electric and FA-IT by which smart factories can be achieved. Specific examples were also presented incorporating both a preventive maintenance system and an energy monitoring system. Furthermore, TPCA members got hands-on experience using real-life demonstration machines, giving them examples of IoT applications, such as FA-IT operation, visualization, cooperative robots, and SECS/GEM.

From here on out, we will continue providing everyone in the Taiwanese manufacturing industry with the best possible service in the form of Mitsubishi Electric’s impressive array of new technology, products, and solutions. We are focusing all our efforts on the post-coronavirus world and its new industrial developments, while contributing to everyone’s manufacturing efforts.

From July 5th to 8th, 2021, we exhibited online at the Bangladesh International Plastics, Packaging and Printing Industry Fair ("IPF2021 Online Expo"). Our exhibit was visited by mainly plastics manufacturers, and packaging and printing companies, and received favorable feedback.
483 companies from 19 counties participated in this online exposition, which was a precursor to the exposition to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in January 2022.

Our online exhibit showcased a wide variety of factory automation equipment from Mitsubishi Electric, such as sequencers, inverters, and human-machine interfaces (HMI), and power distribution/control equipment from Mitsubishi Electric, such as no fuse circuit breakers and electric-magnetic switches. Also, with the cooperation of Mitsubishi Electric, we screened a promotional video for the Mitsubishi Electric e-F@ctory at our online booth.

We hope to contribute to the further development of industry in Bangladesh by offering e-F@ctory, Mitsubishi Electric factory automation equipment and power distribution/control equipment on the Bangladeshi market and partnering with Bangladeshi businesses.

Setsuyo Enterprise operated booths at Touch Taiwan - Smart Manufacturing Taiwan 2021, held in April 2021 at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, where we welcomed a large number of visitors primarily from the display industry and received a positive response.

Based on the themes of automation and IoT solutions delivered by e-F@ctory, we introduced CC-LINK IE TSN, Mitsubishi Electric’s latest next-generation industrial open network, as well as new TSN-capable FA equipment products from Mitsubishi Electric, dynamic demonstration machines, and productivity enhancement solutions. We also operated joint booths with Toyo Label Co., Ltd. (Japan), Anywire Corporation (Japan), Harmonic Drive Systems Inc. (Japan), and Soft Servo Systems, Inc. (Japan).

In the Taiwanese market, we will continue to contribute to the development of industries in Taiwan through provision of proposals based on e-F@ctory and Mitsubishi Electric’s FA and power distribution/control equipment and joint operations with our partners.

On February 9, 2021, the Mitsubishi Electric – Setsuyo Automation Experience Hall on permanent display on the first floor of Setsuyo Enterprise Co., Ltd.’s offices in Taiwan was put on our company website.

At this Online Experience Hall, users can enjoy an experience identical to the actual Automation Experience Hall. In addition to demonstration exhibits of Mitsubishi Electric's FA equipment and power distribution and control equipment and the technologies of products manufactured by affiliate partners, there are links to pages providing details about FA and power distribution and control equipment within our website which can be directly accessed from the Online Experience Hall. This allows customers to smoothly search for details of products that they are interested in.
